I enjoy Pier One but after our experience I don't think I would ever order furniture from them again. Our order wasn't completed, and we've had to wait much longer than normal for it to be completed. On top of that, they don't have their own trucks for delivery so you are at the mercy of their local driver - which added an additional week to our first wait. When one part of our order was delivered, the box was torn up - the item inside was damaged - and they hadn't even opened the box to check the condition.
