PF Changs actually has quite good food. It's Chinese, altered to American tastes. The spices are mild, and the portions genorous. The one thing that gets me though is the salt - the dishes I can eat as a vegetarian (and my spouse says the same for the meat dishes) are LOADED with salt. I mean it's like a bag of potato chips. After eating there I need to drink pints of water I am just so thirsty.
The service is average - young kids given corporate training. On one occasion we had ordered something and they forgot it. The waiters response to me request for it was ""You didn't order that"". Well, whatever you say.
