The service was friendly but slow last Friday evening. The edamame was a little bland. The beef-wrapped scallions were tasty and the gyoza was very good. I don't recommend the ""magic mushrooms""; they were interesting, but in a bad way. The tempura came out piping hot and was tasty, but the grouper special last night lacked significant flavor. The decor here is rough. Kind of like eating in a bus station. The fish tanks are interesting, especially the one that contains live Piranhas. This place is okay, but I wouldn't be in a big rush to go back there.
Pros: fresh fish, tempura
Cons: , decor
