I scheduled an appointment to get a coolant flush among other things. I had to wait over an hour past my appointment before they even started the work. I heard the manager complaining about employees not showing up multiple times. The store was clean, the prices are comparable to what you find elsewhere, but the place was understaffed. Why did I bother to make an appointment? I left concerned that they did a half-assed job. The manager kept checking in the garage to get the mechanics to put a move on it, but the mechanics were visably moseying along. I MIGHT go back and give them a second chance for something routine like an oil change if I had a coupon for it. I wouldn't trust them with large repairs.
