My wife and I were driving through the Texas Hill Country and stumbled across this little place on the side of the freeway in a town called Marble Falls. The place was called Peete Mesquite. Now I love good BBQ just like any other guy, but this was amazing, the guy actually trims all the fat from the brisket, you are getting all meat. The flavor was like no other that I have ever had and the people were just good old fashioned/good hearted people. Great experience.
