This restaurant offers the best tortilla soup in Hampton Roads. It has the right blend of seasoning although it is quite expensive at 4 bucks a bowl. Service is usually quick, food is delicious, but the best part of my visit to max and ermas is the dessert. You have a few items to choose from, but I highly recommend the choclate chip cookies (served straight from the oven) and the chocolate cake (a pound of thick chocolate cake drizzled with chocolate sauce). One of the best restaurants in the area.
