The noise level in this place is incredibly loud! Food is not worth a 1 hour wait during rush times (Taco Bell will suffice)! Food is constantly changing, even the ""standards"" (charro beans, guacamole, etc) changes with the cooks, so consistency isn't a sure thing here. Once in a while you get a very attentive server (usually a new one!) and if you're there when the rest of the crowd isn't, the noise level is bearable.
