I have been going to the Chalet for more than 40 years. From its origins on Main St., downtown to its current locations in Amherst and West Seneca it has been pretty consistent over the years. I might mention that the Amherst location recently had a face lift (but the floors still seem greasy) and the johns are on the lower level. Very inconvenient for older patrons.
If you are a chicken fan... this is the place. Try their sandwich plate with their special Chalet sauce. Mmmmm good! The sauce has not changed in forty years. This is what brings me back often. Deserves better than a 7.0..at least an 8.0.
