Don't expect to get giant restaurant-sized portions here or get more than one small triangle of bread with your meal. And by meal, I mean just the pasta you ordered. Salad is extra, bread is extra, extra parmesan is extra!
The spaghetti w/meatballs came al dente and topped with an explosion of fresh garlicky basil marinara sauce and two meltingly tender meatballs. The spaghetti carbonara could've used a little salt, but the bacon was crisp and the peas were bright green. The service was friendly and attentive.
If you'll pay extra for rice at a Chinese place, then you should be fine shelling out the extra $1.50 for the bread you should've got for free.
But it left me with a niggling feeling that I was being cheated somehow.
Still, I'll probably go back because the actual pasta was decent and it is close to our house.
Pros: excellent pasta, friendly service
Cons: , pay extra for bread
