Felix has fantastic empanadas, and the dinner specials are a great value: about $10 gets you three courses of soup or salad, entree, and a choice of desserts. I highly recommend the tres leches cake. The entree choices include seafood, chicken, or beef and include black beans, rice, and plantains. There's enough to take home for leftovers!
