I went to get highlights and left with orange hair. I hated the color and liked it less and less every day I had to look at it. I went back to get it redone which he agreed to do for free. When I went back I had tons of pictures of the color and style I wanted. I showed him and we talked about what it would look like. After being treated badly and rushed through my appointment I left with WET frizzy hair much darker than I wanted. I got home and my mother's reaction was, ""What did he do to you!"" I have a party tonight and now have to take a shower and restyle it myself. After paying $175 for a full head of highlights (which when redone I only got a half head) and 5 hours in the salon I should atleast LIKE my hair!
