The Pit is not what it used to be when you were a child. The burgers are above average (but they are frozen and preformed) and that chargrilled taste and sesame seeded bun helps a lot but they are no longer the number one burger in Delaware in my mind (and many other people's) Good fries and shakes too. Also decent soups during the winter. The taqbles do have the old jukebozes for a little atmosphere, and the locations are relaxed and casual.
