I've been to the Heathman restaurant on average twice a year over 10 years and have never been anything less than completely happy. Food is truly wonderful and reasonably priced for how good it is. When you walk in it can sometimes seem crowded and loud, but settle in and let the waitstaff amaze you. I've dined there with all sorts of people and the waitstaff is always so flexible and gracious. Nearly all negative reviews you read are based on breakfast, which is I believe where new employees are trained, so keep that in mind. Definitely recommended for dinner, although Symphony nights can get kind of zoo-y.
