10:30 pm, my husband and I pulled up and parked right in front of the door, walked in and were immediately escorted to our table. It was a promising start to an excellent meal. The only problem was that by this time of night the bar was pretty packed and so it was deafeningly loud... could not hear a word he said unless he spoke right in my ear. But once the food came it didn't matter, because I was more intent on my trout than on his conversation! typical cal cuisine, but so well done... trout with white beans and red pepper aioli, he had seared ahi with lentils and tomato chutney. started with cara cara , fennel and olive salad and an antipasti plate. for dessert we shared a plate of fries... how could you skip them?!
Pros: PARKING!!!, great service, serve late
