I have lived in Novato and have been everywhere! mexican food is a staple here in Northern CA. The place is my all time favorite. They do mexican food better than anyplace else. They have the best waitstaff-friendly-smart and they have been there forever (which says a lot about the mngmt) The widest selection of food and drinks (there is a 5 page drink menu...with 90 tequilas...gotta get their signature ""cazuela bowl drink"" or their ""topshelf or mango margaritas"") For a special treat-ask for something off the menu and the bartender will make it for you.
Great huge outside area-love it here. Very kid friendly too. Fridays are a little loud though. LOVE IT!
