Their food is very greasy. For the person who is conscious about ""lean"" or healthier choices of meat, Rudy's does not have it. Their chicken is soak overnight in big barrels of butter & heaven know what. When you ask for the brisket, it is all marbled with fat and their is no lean cuts without all the marble. Very often it is very dry and you do have to soak it in their BBQ Sauce to get it ""moist"". I guess that is why they sell a lot of their BBQ Sauce. The food is too expensive for the ""cheap"" cuts of meat!
