QUESTION: To be the #1 steakhouse, do you not have to know HOW to cook a steak first? In my visit on 3/13/04 my husband had the ribeye med rare and I ordered Med - Med Well on my Filet. His was more of a Med - med well and mine was BUTTERFLIED and burn to a crisp!!! The server was also MIA at moments when it counted. It was past 9:30 pm when we got our main course and we were hungry so we ate and just wanted to leave in disgust. The bar service(???) was another was another story!
