Afer so many years owning, operating, and dining at restaurants throughout this country and some in Europe, I feel that not only does the Prime Rib have exquisite food, especially the Prime Rib, but also it has perfected anticipatory service. With the unusual, dramatic, and gorgeous decor, ambience is sublime. The table tops are picture perfect, featuring International silver flatware and shaded candle lamps and the glass top piano makes the white linened dining room, tuxedoed wait staff, and the crisp white jacketed bartenders a detail of perfection.
