Over the past 5+ years of frequenting Gumbo's with virtually wonderful service and food - last night changed my mind. After waiting for 2 hours for a table (we arrived at 6PM), then another hour for our food which arrived mediocre and luke warm, I will remove this restaurant from my list of favorite places to dine. Not only was the food not up to par but we had to periodically wave down our server to get our water glasses refilled! Not worth the wait!
