Well, the pizza was very tasty. But its hard to call it pizza.. I grill pizzas all summer myself, and found the crust to be lacking at C1. It was closer to a grilled pita than crust - I feel it needs a little more body to it in order to be called pizza. Call it something else - grilled flatbread - and you have a hit. But I can't buy into it as pizza.
The topping selection was great - I really enjoyed each pie we tried, as far as flavor went. Service was very prompt, and the beer selection was suprisingly admirable. Good snacking, but you might leave hungry.
The restaurant is very nice, a minimalist change from the surrounding spots.
Pros: tasty, unique, good atmosphere
