Party of 8 of us went to Ellyngton's for Valentine's dinner. The the waiter took almost 40 minutes to take our drink order. He forgot my husbands drink and tended to leave us hanging for most of our simple requests. For the ""Best Hotel in Denver"" the Brown Palace and it's eating establishments should be held to a higher standard. It is sad to say they no longer deserve the praise heaped upon them. When we turned in our evaluation cards the people at the front desk seemed bored/uninterested in reading them. The manager did apologize so that helped somewhat...Too bad we won't get our money back. I truely cannot believe how bad it was. I will NEVER waste my time or money at Ellyngton's again.
