Inviting decor, oustanding service and creative cuisine is what you'll find at Opus these days. The escargot / blue cheese appetizer was flavor-packed, the butternut squash and shrimp bisque was velvety and sublime. The pesto swordfish special was well presented and very tasty. The creme brulee is one of the most creative and delicious I've tasted in quite some time. The wine list is interesting, but a bit pricey, and the menu will certainly put a dent in your wallet, but if you go for lunch, you should be able to push it through on your expense account. One of the best places you'll find in the Denver-metro area.
