I have seen some pretty nasty reviews on my beloved Goro's. It's sad people cannot be nice about reviewing a restaurant on here. Goro's is not a 5 star restaurant. If you expect that type of snooty service to meet your over expectations in life go pay thousands of dollars to have someone wipe your mouth at your side. If you want to go to a restaurant where you are able to afford a nice filling dish or a ample amount of sushi come to Goro's. I never leave hungry or dissatisfied. The happy hour is terrific from 5-7 Mon-Sat.. If you are a beginner Goro's does offer vegetarian rolls and regular food. You wont be a beginner for long. for the price of 1 roll somewhereelse you can buy 3 @ Goro's. It's a great place for groups as well. Mike makes a swell presentation on the wooden or plastic boat. I recommend getting there early if you are going for Happy hour. It can be really busy if otherwise.
Pros: Affordable, friendly staff, big portions
Cons: parking
