I have dined at Patou several times, each time I have have enjoyed it immensely. Decor is very different for Philadelphia, from the notable abstract art on the walls, to the wide open space of the dining room. Each time the food has been wonderful, well prepared with excellent flavor. You can also find dishes that are not found easily elswhere such as the rabbit, quail, and froglegs. The wine list is french and selected to compliment the menu. Service is friendly, prompt but not overly doting. It is nice to be left to dine in peace with my companions without having to listen to a hard sell pitch of every item on the menu and every liquor in the bar. The atmosphere and attitude is european, and the overall character of the place seems ""casually elegant"".
Pros: food, wine list, ambiance
