This individual at Longs is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. They need to understand the simple Customer Concept ""customer is always right"" we are what keeps them in business and that 1 bad experience with customer service.. the word spreads. Needless to say, I am willing to travel an hour away to pick up a cake rather than dealing with these people. I would not recommend this bakery for anything - they need a class in customer service skills.
