Don't miss it. Located in Duck Island, it's easy to pass by the Velvet Tango. There is no sign; only cars parked along the street. The owner, Paulius, enforces a strict dress code and presents all ladies with a long-stemmed rose.
Everything about the Tango is first rate. Top shelf liquor, wine and cognac...and heavenly chocolate drinks (try the Cocoa Couture). Even the television, which is tuned to black and white at all times.
If you are priviledged, you might get into the Back Room. And remember, never play anything from Cats on the grand piano.
