The quality of Sushi is nice. I tried a couple of different types of Sushi. Their Futomaki is very fresh and thier Miso soup is great. However, I was very disappointed with their Teriyaki sauce. I know what Teriyaki sauce should taste like. I thought it was an insult that they call it ""Teriyaki."" Frankly speaking, it is a far cry from from ""Teriyaki"" sauce. (They also use honey to sweeten the sauce instead of using sugar?) Their Teriyaki sauce tastes like Sallisbury steak sauce. Sorry, it's true. ""Yakitori"" was also a big disappointment since they use the same Teriyaki sauce. As for ""Tempura,"" it's pretty good. It's very light and crispy. Also, I like the fact that they give you some ""grated Daikon radish"" to mix with Tempura dipping sauce like the way they do in Japan. I'm interested in trying some other menu items.
