The waitress was having a bad night, fighting with the owner, in front of the entire bar area.
One of the entrees ordered was a steak ordered ""medium"" it arrived just the other side of raw. I sent it back; they returned it about 10 minutes later charred on the outside and slightly less raw on the inside. Honestly at they point I was grossed out. The owner was called over and upon the request to please just take it back and remove it from the bill she replied ""I won't do that - if it's a problem I can rectify I won't refund money"", I explained that I had already given them one opportunity to fix the problem, but she refused. I was forced to pay for a steak meal that I didn't eat one bite of.
How's that for a way to attract new customers?
