Victor Hugo is one of the best stylists around! He's amazingly talented and super friendly! His prices are VERY reasonable and he definitely knows what he's doing. I can't recommend him enough! I went in with very blah hair and came out with gorgeously colored and perfectly cut hair. After leaving his salon I had strangers stop to tell me how gorgeous my hair was. He's just amazing! He's very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable and welcome in his salon. He takes the time to listen and figure out what style is right for you and what style will flatter your features the most. Did I mention he is amazingly talented? This man is truly one of a kind talented. Amazing!
