AYS is a great place to practice and learn ashtanga yoga. Guy, the lead instructor and owner of the shala, is a certified ashtanga instructor with a ton of experience. He is a wonderful teacher and great person. AYS has an incredibly warm and mellow environment and is great community of very committed students. If you really want to do YOGA ...both in postures and in your living, you will love AYS.
