I've been to many other buffets (such as Todai), but Minado beats them all. I know what you're probably thinking: ""Those places never have good food,"" or ""I bet they only have maki sushi and nigiri made with with giant balls of rice."" Well, the food is actually very tasty, and no giant rice balls. You can even have sashimi, which is excellent. Of course you can have sushi, and there is an endless array of nigiri, handrolls, and maki -- there must have been 40 different types of maki alone. They have tons of non-sushi choices too (both hot and cold), including one of my favorites: snow crab legs. They even have ice cream and other desserts too. What a deal. I'm definitely going back.
