My fourth visit to the restaurant in a party of 10 on Friday night, 12 Nov 04, service was terrible. Night Manager and waiter left much to be desired. Why? Partly, gratuity is added to the bill so no need for good service? Bad day? Uncalled for... we the customer deserve good service and pay their bills, good service should always be there! To the local people and my fellow military.... you get good service and more for your money elsewhere. No need to just settle for this type of service. Unsat!
