For a high-end steakhouse, Steak 38 did not live up to the hype. We had a reservation, still had to wait 20-30 minutes at the tiny bar that charges $9 for a cocktail. Then, the wine list, which is very limited in offerings, is extremely overpriced. If you enjoy an average steak in a very smokey environment with small cramped tables, this place is for you.
