Over 1 week ago...I stepped on the scale at the gym and it said 192.5 or something. I decided to go with 193. But I was wearing my jeans and shoes...so let's take off two pounds which leaves us at 191.
This morning I weighed on the scale at home and it said 185. Woo Hoo Six Pounds!!!!
That is 6 pounds in 1 week and I am still losing.
