My family's overall experience was horrible. The bus boy who brought our luggage into our room spilt our dimatap all over the bed spead, then the next day when maid service came all they did was turn over the dirty side of the bed spread to make it "appear" as if they changed bedding. After climbing into bed I realized there was sticky cough syrup all over my legs. I then called maid service to have them clean it and it took two hours to finally get service, and when we did get service there was no appology. This hotel expects you to pay top dollar for their rooms and dining then treats you like scum, not my idea of a first class hotel. Pros: soft water, nice view, feather beds Cons: bad service, expensive prices, arroganced staff more
