Great place to eat if you like FRIED & BREADED everything. Not expensive but definitely not cheap for frozen fishsorry this food is NOT fresh. Sitting by a window is a nice view of the Gulf but that seating is limited. There many better choices for restaurants at the beach. For example Friendlies Tavern on Reddington beach has to die for all you can eat crab legs on Thursdays and Karaoke after 9pm.
Being a resident of Tampa Bay I would have to say the locals claim the best place for seafood in St. Pete is the hole in the wall Crab Shack. Located on the St. Pete side of the Gandy bridge. Super Grouper sandwich, Smoked mullet, butter and garlic mussels, alligator it is all delicious and a great price! Fun family style dining.
Pros: big place
Cons: food NOT fresh -fried, Atmosphere boring
