The food was fabulous, prepared before our eyes in a completely open kitchen, located center stage to the dining room. The staff was knowledgable and attentive. The crowd was modern, international, and stylish to the bone. Patou has raised the bar in Philadelphia, delivering the perfect mix of exceptional cusine and ambiance.
