I have eaten at several different brazilian steakhouses and I believe I found the one for me. The service and quality of food (the meats are the best I've had) at Sal Grosso is as good as Fogo de Chao which I had considered the best. There is a difference is style. I felt the people at Fogo are very serious about their jobs, however, the staff at Sal Grosso were very friendly and informed me much more of the different wines and drinks they had available. The place was bright and noisey that night. The decor and the ambiance was very cozy yet sophisticated and it was more intimate. Of the major brazilian steakhouses the price was the best. This is a big deal to me. I get quality food and service for a more realistic price. If you like the concept you should visit Sal Grosso.
Pros: best meats, friendly service, great ambiance
Cons: parking, no valet, noisey
