Saw the reviews and decided to head down and try it. From the outside it looked like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. BUT, once you walk in, it turns out to be a really cozy, nicely decorated date place and restaurant!
Completely shocked at the fact that it wasn't the stereotypical ""tacos, burritos, tostadas."" In fact, the menu contained a lot of dishes I've never heard of! Turns out to be authentic Oaxacan Mexican food. They had Mexican LAMB dish(!) which I've never had at a Mexican restaurant before (very nice). My marinated Cochinita pibil was AWESOME! (The pork was tender and moist and had great flavor.)
Chef Roberto even came out himself to greet me and to see how the food was.
Pros: Gourmet Mexican, Met the Chef
