You don't go to a dim sum place for the ambience. It's all about the food, freshness, and quick service. I'll easily take a pass on the attentive service of a ""Petterino"" status and stick my fork or chopsticks into the piping hot, fresh, and satisfying chinese ""tapas."" These awesome dim sum dishes don't sit under a heat lamp or on a cart all day. It's made to order - the way it SHOULD be. I love that dim sum cuts through a lot of the pretentiousness in dining and gets right to the point. You get good food at really good prices. Just make sure you beat the late breakfast/early lunch crowd. I highly recommend that you get there at 10:30. By noon, it's game over.
Pros: inexpensive, fresh food
Cons: waiting time
