This is a great place to dine if you're in the mood for down home cooking. I recomend the chicken fried steak or the half fried chicken, both cooked with some love. The onion rings are also a delight, and I don't like onions! For desert, they have a wide variety of pies to choose from on any given day. Because of the history of the restaurant, Tip Top makes a great eatery for those looking to fill up at a low price
Pros: atmosphere/prices, good food choices, city landmark
Cons: not a lot of space, hidden location, no more than one
