I've been to sushi restaurants throughout the U.S. and have found Kotobuki to be among the best in terms of quality. The rice is always tender and the fish very fresh. Saba (mackerel) is difficult to get right, and Kotobuki's is especially good. Other restaurants serve a bland attempt at this specialty, but not here. Serving size is about average -acceptable for the price. Seating is cozy, but the setting has a relaxed ambiance. Overall, 9 out of 10.
Pros: Fresh fish, Well prepared rice, Pleasant presentation
Cons: No waiting room
