I was excited to try Blue Ginger after moving to Boston. My girlfriend and I have gone twice now, and while it is good, it doesn't live up to the hype. Maybe the kitchen slips a little when Ming isn't in (he wasn't on either occasion). The main courses were better than the appetizers, which seems to be a reversal of the norm. The flavors were good and matched well with each other, but the overall execution was sloppy and had a ""mass-produced"" feel. Maybe the kitchen is turning out oo much too quickly.
