I have dined at the Gate of India on several different occasions, and every time I have found the service to be terrible! On a date once I was left waiting to be seated (and not greeted) until I left (5 min). On a business dinner, I was chided by the headwaiter for asking if there was brown rice. Many many times I was unable to get anyone's attention to refill my water glass. In general, I gave this establishment many chances, but if failed them all.
Pros: somewhat cheap
