I've eaten here on several occasions and my expericences very greatly. I've had both good & bad meals and I've had both good & bad service. I believe that receiving good service here is largely a function of a particular server being very good at serving and not a result of any overall training of the waitstaff.
I've ordered food that was listed as a 9 on their ""ric""ter scale of spiciness that was not even a 2 as far as I could tell. I've had probably the worst scallops & mussels that I've ever had there.
However, I have had a really good Vietnamese calamari dish and a great Thai BBQ Salmon here as well. Their burgers are really good (even though they don't serve them with fries).
Pros: fun atmosphere/ art, many veggie options, organic products
Cons: inconsistency, attitude, cheesy descriptions
