We've eaten at all of Portlands finer restaurants in the Pearl and downtown and we've had no better meal than at Grolla. Our dinner was sublime. Returned for brunch, had the 4 course breakfast and eggs rouille (which is fantastic). The chef is doing incredible food and should be a name around town before long. Compliment him on the food and he'll grin and blush. Not like the snobs elsewhere. People are clamoring to get a seat in this romantic European restaurant. Our advice is you better hurry and get to Grolla before the rest of the city discovers it and seats are hard to come by.
