I have been going to Cold Stone for the past year, and I have become extremely fond not only of the ice cream, but also of the staff. There are some employees that don't offer great customer service, but there are many that make the experience lots of fun! If you have had a bad experience here in the past, I recommend you try it again because chances are you'll have a change of heart. The kids there are always smiling and laughing even when there is line wrapping around the store 10 minutes after they were supposed to close. And for those of you who are bothered by the singing, just simply ask them not to sing and they will refrain. I hope this helps everyone out, and I hope you all have a good experience.
