I have been going to Jerry's for a long time. I was just today to have breakfast. The service was so bad, we finally walked out. I have never walked out of a restaurant before and I am sad to say that I had to walk out of Jerry's. I have always liked the food but I hope the service has not gone downhill. We waited 30 minutes for our food and after repeated reminders to our waitress and manager, we never got our food. Right as we were walking out our waitress came out with food and started serving it to us, however it was for another table. I hope they can get their act together because if not, they just lost a loyal customer.
