This bistro has all the makings to make it big. The food is great,with new choices all the time. The biggest problem facing them is service. I bought a sandwhich to go from Justa Pasta and had to wait 25 minutes. It was lunch time, but many people than came in after me were served and still I waited. When I got my food there was no ""Sorry for the wait"" or even ""We are busy today, Thanks for waiting."" I didn't make a fuss with a lobby full of people , it didn't seem like the time. When I called later (4:00 P.M.) The manager didn't even want to talk to me.or ask why I was calling. Some attention to customer service is in order. If you are going to do take out from this place, call ahead. The food is great, if you can stand the wait.
