Called about group discount (15 or more), discounts and/or reservations -
None, but when called ahead of time will try to accoomidate large groups. Very vague answers to questions with a LOT of hemming and hawing inbetween responses.
Personally offensive to me who was trying to give a 'heads-up' to mgmt. for the large group due to arrive at a specific time.
Pros: good value for $$$, fast friendly service, good food, variety
Cons: NO telephone tact, unresponsive, illinformed
